Taking Back Our Country: A 4th of July Message from Robert Paisola

Subject: Independence Day and 1,331 member's and counting!

Hello my fellow group members,

My name is Robert Paisola and I created the group Sky Las Vegas and Taking back America. Our group has swelled to over 1300 members. Thank you all for sending out invitations and being members of this group. I know that I always say this, but you stand as a voice for the unspoken majority in this country that believes in our traditional Christian values that built this country. With that in mind I wanted to share some thoughts on the meaning of the holiday we will be celebrating this weekend.

On July 4th, America's independence will be celebrated in grand fashion with parades, fireworks and backyard BBQs. Did you know that this year (2010), Americans will commemorate the 234th anniversary of the approval of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress, the act that set the 13 American colonies on their road to national sovereignty?

Take a moment to watch this video that we have produced in association with our friends at The Free Capitalist Project and Founders University. This is an amazing historical image of what it takes to truly be free as Americans.

When enjoying this weekend’s festivities, have fun and be safe, but take a moment to remind yourself and your family what this day represents. This day stands in history as the day a group of our countries forefathers declared their freedom; freedom from tyranny, religious persecution and taxation without representation. That freedom has reigned on and continues to thrive after 234 years. Remember to think of all the blood, sweat and toil that has been sacrificed for us to be able to enjoy this weekend and when you can, say a prayer for our troops still in harm’s way that are still protecting our freedom to this day.

Please be safe this weekend. God bless you all and God bless America!

Welcome to Election Day 2009- Your Results, Robert Paisola Reports

Constantly Updated for our readers around the world

"WHAT HAPPENED TO MY 4.25 Million Dollars"

Journal Entry Faxed DIRECTLY FROM THE CITY OF LEHI, UTAH CONFIRMING THE 4.25 MILLION DOLLAR TRANSFER FROM THE "ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS" (Your Power Fund)

To our friends around the world:

We want to thank you for taking the time to get involved in one of the most historical elections that have been covered around the world in Utah History.

This Election is not simply about Lehi, Utah and who should take control, it is about the actual way that the central organization of our government in the State of Utah is set up.

We have been very vocal about what we feel has been one of the biggest reasons to vote for those who we feel have the ability to create change in Lehi, Utah .  Those are Gordon Miner and Mayor Kenneth Greenwood.

The forensic data to support the claims would have never come to light if these two men had not stood up.  We at LehiElection.com ask you to watch this video ONE MORE TIME and LISTEN TO THE WORDS OF Bert Wilson, Johnny Barnes, Kaye Collins, Kenneth Greenwood, and Stephen Holbrook.  Did some even refuse to talk? After this story aired, Stephen Holbrook stated that he had "No Comment", Kaye Collins Said she "Did not want to talk about it" Johnny Barnes simply left the Building!  These are YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES! No Comment??   You will notice that when asked to speak about the problems that went on in Lehi regarding the "Where is My 4.25 Million Dollars" Story, that very few people made a comment, so lets re look at the story from CNN I REPORT:

We encourage you to simply make a decision based on the facts. Read this site, Read the final report that we published from Senator Howard Stephenson and the Utah Taxpayers Association.

The facts speak for themselves.

We wish you the best.

The Removal of the Letters from "DeepThroat" the Lehi City Employee, Robert Paisola Reports

To our friends around the world:

We want you to know that there have been hundreds of calls to our offices today regarding the documents that were released that were describing the serious conditions of turmoil inside the City of Lehi, Utah.

This has been a day that not only the candidates, but the media have been able to see just how serious the issues are inside a city government.

Gordon Miner is a candidate for City Council in Lehi, Utah. We at The Western Capital Foundation Suppoort his Mission. We know that he has amassed a lot of data to validate the claims that were re-validated by Senator Howard Stephenson concerning the corruption in Utah.

In an effort to present the facts, we posted the letters of fear that we received directly from the employees that work for the city of Lehi Utah.  This was a clear example of just how important it is that YOU take an interest in this issue, and step up and make a difference.

One consideration that we have had to make is "Will our publishing of those documents effect that city employee who confided in our Associates." From our perspective it does not mean a thing, that person should be jumping for joy that they are being heard.

But that is not the way things work in Utah.  From what we hear, someone could possibly loose their job for "talking out of order" and discussing the fraud with the media... That is why the Federal Government passed the Sarbanes Oxley Act. To protect the Whistleblowers.

Out of respect for the employee we are now going to remove the letter portions. NOT THE FINANCIAL VERIFICATION.  If you copied the data prior to this ammended post, you are free to do as you wish, we can not stop you from reposting the letters if you copied them.

We can promise you that the minute that this election is over, we are going to demand a full federal investigation into this matter as well as every other city that deals with ENTERPRISE FUNDS. We are going to stop this.

Again, our position has not changed. The political machine is so dirty that if this post were to remain, then someone could loose their job. That is just plain wrong, and we can guarantee you that this will change soon.

You can rest assured that we are not even close to being done with these people.

I guess that the trust that that employee placed in the people on the inside that we work with  is much more valuable than getting the word cemented into everyones brain of the injustices that have and are taking place in Utah.

Special thanks to our friends at ABC News and KSL Radio.

We Agree,

To your Success,

City budget shell game, From the Provo Utah Daily Herald

This is what the newspaper in Utah has to say about the issues that we have been discussing for months!

WAKE UP AMERICA - YOU WERE SCREWED!

DO YOU NOT GET WHAT HAPPENED?

This feels like Happy Valley... Wait IT STILL IS!

THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO DO THE WORK FOR YOU!  AND WE WILL NEVER STOP!  THE PEOPLE OF LEHI, UTAH SHOULD BE MAD AS HELL!

Here is the PC Editorial.... Who even wrote this.. STAND UP AND BE ACCOUNTABLE!

A story out of Lehi is a good reminder for people of any Utah Valley city to keep an eye out for budget hijinks.

The Utah Taxpayers Association recently asserted in a letter that Lehi City did not adequately inform residents when it transferred $4.25 million from its electric utility fund to other funds, including the General Fund, when amending the 2008-2009 budget. The watchdog group cited state law meant to insure that taxpayers and residents know where their money is going.

Failing to notify the public about such budget amendments is like passing a secret budget.

Without trying to sort out all the details of the Lehi situation, we urge officials in all local governments to follow not only the letter of the state law but its spirit as well. The sorting out will be done in coming days. It will touch every city with business enterprise funds because many are doing the same sort of transfers.
Officials may be tempted to try the old shell game of moving funds around too quickly for the naked eye to see. That's just wrong. When people pay an electric bill, they quite rightly expect to be paying for the power they use. They don't expect to be paying for, say, the assistant city controller¹s new office chair, or a literacy center, or anything else that is supported by city enterprise profits.

If enterprises such as electric utilities are running a profit, the proper thing to do is reduce customer rates, not move the money somewhere else. If other programs need support, ask the community to support them. But don't hide the subsidies.

These are tough financial times, to be sure. But that's why its important to let people know all the facts all the time about their money -- and every dime in every public budget is the people's money. Too often officials and politicians forget that.
